What we collect
Your email address when you create an account or sign in. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; card numbers never touch Quiro's servers. We keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to run, protect, and improve the service.
What we use it for
Signing you in with magic links, delivering the product you paid for, sending transactional email about your account, preventing abuse, and improving Quiro. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Only the processors that make Quiro work: Supabase (accounts and data, hosted in the United States), Stripe (payments, acting as merchant of record), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies
Quiro uses cookies to keep you signed in and preserve essential account preferences. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. Email us at webmaster@quiro.bot from your account address to delete your account and its data; we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons (held by Stripe).
Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS, data is stored with a hosted provider with encryption at rest, sign-in uses one-time magic links instead of passwords, and each account allows one active session at a time.
